You choose a product, talk through your requirements with us on WhatsApp or a call, and confirm the scope with a 40% advance. We configure and deploy the product, you verify it, payment follows in stages, and you receive complete access, documentation and training. The steps are laid out in “How it works” above.
What does “live in 1 week” mean?
Our tagline describes standard configurations of ready-built products, which can be deployed in as little as a week. Our hotel, travel and e-commerce website projects are stated at about four weeks including revisions on their product pages. Customization adds time, and we confirm the timeline with you during the requirements discussion.
What can be customized?
Workflows, approvals, branding and integrations can be adapted on most products; each product page lists its customization options and plans. Customization is scoped and priced separately from the standard setup, and we tell you up front which requests are standard and which are not.
How do I receive my access and credentials?
After you have verified the deployed system and the final stage is complete, handover includes complete access to the software, documentation and training, and ongoing support begins.
What do you need from me to get started?
A short description of your business and what you want the software to do is enough for a first conversation. For the project itself we ask for your business processes, workflows and specific requirements.
How do I find out the price?
Starting prices are on each product page: ₹39,999 for SBL HR and SBL Leads, ₹34,999 for SBL Digital Store and SBL Stay Bookings, and ₹39,999 for SBL Travel System. Larger or customized scopes are priced after we understand your requirements. Message us and we will give you the figure for your case.
What support is included?
It depends on the product. For example, SBL HR lists one year of free technical support, SBL Leads lists lifetime security updates, and the hotel, travel and e-commerce projects include free first-year maintenance, then ₹475 per month. Each product page states what applies.
